Finish schedule

Links the client sees

Canva finish schedule (above), QuickBooks deposit invoice (Cabinets), DocuSign is by email only. Trello is team-only.

Selections

Drafts are invisible to the client until you present them. Prices follow cost × (1 + markup) until the client decides; then they lock.

Add a selection

Cabinets

The client sees one proposal total. Cost lives here only.

Proposal

Cabinet selections are added on the Selections page with "Cabinet item? Yes". Cabinet drawings are uploaded on the Drawings page as kind "Cabinet drawing".

Working drawings & renderings

Each drawing carries a revision round you set by hand. Hide a drawing to pull it from the client without deleting it; unhide any time. Upload an image (JPG/PNG) of each sheet or rendering for pin comments. Export from Chief Architect or Bluebeam at 2000–3000 px wide. PDFs go under Plans.
With several images, the title gets " · 1", " · 2", … appended unless you leave it blank, in which case the file names are used.

To reply to pins or resolve them, open the client view; your replies are marked as Whitetail.

Plan sets & documents

A new version always needs a one-line change note. The client sees the current version on top.

New plan set

Titles are yours per project. Rename any set inline below.

Other documents

Clients & guests

Clients approve; guests (spouse, contractor) can view and comment on drawings. Invites are claimed automatically the first time they sign in with that email.

Contractor directory

Studio-wide. Pick one per project on the Overview; the client sees the contact on their project header.

Financials

Cost, markup, tax, shipping and margin. Approved prices are locked. Ordered and Paid are in-house flags you tick by hand. Tick approved lines to build an invoice, then download the QuickBooks CSV and import it (Invoices → Import).
